“I have irrational pet peeves this past year. I meditate every morning, but it doesn’t seem to help me stop being easily triggered.
I truly do not like this about myself and would rather not spend any energy judging others for petty insignificant things.
What can help people like me who struggle with irritability?”
We can’t control others.
We can control how we react to others.
There may be an underlying cause for your irritability.
If you are calm and confident in your own being this reflects how you react to others.
If you are irritated by others there may be an unresolved underlying cause with yourself that is the root cause of your irritability towards others.
Allow your thoughts to flow freely when you meditate. Address the thoughts that appear first and fully resolve them. As you progress through resolving these you will find that your irritability towards others reduces and disappears.
