How do I stay consistent?

“I’ve always been intrigued by the potential health benefits of meditation, but I’m still working on establishing a solid meditation routine. I think the longest time I’ve gone is maybe a week or two, when I’d just sit and meditate for a bit. I always forget about meditating and think it’s a fad, but I never stick with it long enough to see what it does for me.

How can I become more disciplined and establish a regular routine?”

Set aside a short time every day to meditate.

3 minutes is plenty.

Find a time during your day that will always be there for you to meditate.

As soon as you wake up or before you go to bed are good times as we do these every day.

Do this for 1 month and you will establish a meditation habit that is consistent.

After meditating for a while you will find that you can meditate anywhere at anytime.
