Am I trying too hard on focusing on meditation?

“Can you try too hard when meditating? I feel like I focus super hard on my breathing for example and meditation does leave me with a fresh mind but after it everything is too much like sounds and lights. Everything is blurry and I feel light headed.

What do I do so I focus less and put less pressure on myself to meditate perfectly?”

Take a few minutes to rest with your eyes open.

Let your eyes, ears, mind and body adjust back.
