Is it normal not to want to stop meditating?

“Whenever I am meditating everything feels so peaceful, and my mind feels so effortless, that I don’t want to stop.

It is normal to feel that you don’t want to stop meditating.

The calmness that you feel whilst meditating is a good feeling.

Balance.

We need to stop meditating to enjoy other parts of life.

Meditate and do everything else in life that needs doing.

Meditation is a part of a brighter life.
