If someone asks you what is the point of sitting in silence for 10 minutes a day, what do you say?

“They are curious about meditation and they have heard of mindful apps that give you a 10 minute daily meditation but they love being mentally stimulated.

What would you share with them?”

They should do what they want to do.

If they want to be mentally stimulated then go for it.

If they ever get tired of that and need a break then meditation can help.

Having your brain running at 100% all day every day because of constant mental stimuli is exhausting.

Meditating is refreshing and life changing.
