I want to learn more about meditation breathing

“I want to learn more about the breath and good breathing practice when meditating.

The reason I ask is, I breathe consciously most of the time when meditating. I’d like to try letting the unconscious do it’s thing.

But also learn more about breathing, even beyond this problem I have.”

Breathe slowly.

Breathing slowly calms and relaxes your whole body.

Your heart will beat slower, your muscles will relax and you will feel calmer.

If slow breathing is new for you, you can practice this until it becomes something that you can do without thinking.

Before you meditate start to slow your breathing and whilst meditating breathe slowly.

Breathing slowly when meditating will be effortless and automatic.
