Should I try one meditation technique at a time or switch it up?

“I’m looking at meditation methods to combat an overactive nervous system and with all of the different meditation techniques I’m now thinking how I should start using them.

Should I try X technique for Y amount of times then switch it up?

Can I try multiple different techniques in the same day?

Should I try one technique one day and another technique on the next day?

I will be meditating when I wake up, after work and before bed.

What is best?”

Keep it simple.

There are many ways to meditate and trying every one of them may take a lifetime.
