How to meditate in a chaotic environment?

“Hello!

I recently started working on my overall health a bit and I feel that meditation is going to help me to be a calmer person who’s dealing with anger and emotion issues!

But, the problem is that I am living in a chaotic place and there’s no place in the house I can find that is peaceful or calm.

Especially as I am living with my family and next to a neighbour who likes to play loud music! Seems to be always noisy and disturbing.

A peaceful place to meditate is important.

Here are a few ideas:

  • Wake up early and meditate before everyone else wakes up
  • Get noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs to block the noise
  • Find a peaceful place outside home such as a friends house or a park
  • Go to a meditation class
