How do I get in the habit of meditating?

“Meditation, although simple, looks like it helps people a lot.

I’ve tried meditating a few times and feel better after but for me I find it a real struggle to put time aside to meditate.

As a beginner just starting to meditate what advice or tips do you have for helping me to meditate regularly?”

Meditate on a morning and evening.

3 minutes each time.

After you wake up and before you sleep.

A few minutes of meditation at these times makes the world of difference.

In the morning meditation sets you up for a calm and positive day.

In an evening meditation allows you to calm down and relax giving you a good night’s sleep.

Do this every day for 1 month and you will quickly build a regular meditation habit.
