I know meditation is good but find it difficult to get started

“Despite knowing all the benefits of meditation, I almost never meditate.

I try to set aside time to meditate but I always end up doing other things.

Then a few days have gone past and I realise I still haven’t meditated yet.

How can I get past this and start meditating?”

Make meditating a daily habit.

Just like brushing your teeth and getting dressed.

Something that you do every day.

It’s easy to get distracted by daily chores and work, it can feel like there’s not enough time in a day to do everything.

You can take a few minutes to meditate and everything else will still get done.

Start off with 3 minutes in the morning when you wake up and 3 minutes in the evening before you go to sleep.

Do this daily and before you know it meditation will just be another normal part of your day.
