Newbie in need of guidance

Wondering if you can share specific methods or tools (apps, programs, courses, etc…) for entering the world of meditation as a first time beginner.

I currently have a free meditation app but it can be a bit overwhelming.

I’d love to find a way to start my meditation journey that’s clearer than scrolling through hundreds of meditations on an app catalogue.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!”

Understand what meditation really is.

Meditation is giving your mind space and time to think.

Read the Learn section of this website, this will give you all the information you need to start meditating.

Start meditating.

Daily in the morning when you wake up and in the evening before you sleep are good times to begin with.

Try 3 minutes for each.

You will find what works for you and can progress from there.
