Inner peace amidst stress

“I remember I used to meditate for around 20 minutes a day back when I was 15 but with growing up and life getting in the way, I haven’t meditated in a very long time.

I feel like I’m finally prepared to begin meditating again and I’m wondering how my perspective should be going back into meditating after so long?

Any specific meditation advice for inner peace amidst lots of stress?

Meditate daily again.

Start with 3 minutes in the morning when you wake up and 3 minutes in the evening before sleeping.

Gradually build your meditation from there.

Lots of stress can feel like a constant battle.

Find ways to resolve and minimize stress.

This will have a huge impact on your meditation and inner peace in general.
