“I only really started meditating a couple of weeks ago.
Right now my ‘meditation’ consists in taking a few times during my day to step away from screens and other stimuli and concentrate on my breath, maybe 10 minutes each time I meditate, and doing it particularly when I start to feel some anxiety for whatever reason.
But I would actually like to hear about other experiences.
What do you do during meditation?
How and what has changed from when you started to now?
How did it improve your overall well being?
Does your body feel different?
Most things I’ve learned about anything I’ve done it from imitating, so I would love to learn about other experiences.”
Through meditation overall I’m calmer, healthier and clearer.
Meditating lying down or sitting reclined are popular ways to meditate that are comfortable.
When starting to meditate many people quickly progress to using their meditative principles in everyday life.
This results in feeling different in a good way.
If you are calmer and clearer as a person this reduces your stress and increases your happiness.
Reduced stress and increased happiness both deliver huge health improvements.
A good side effect of meditating is that you find yourself smiling all the time and a happy face opens doors to opportunities.
