Building a daily meditation habit is more important than then length of time of each meditation session.
Meditating regularly for short amounts of time is more effective than meditating less often for a long time.
Meditate for 3 minutes in the morning after waking up and for 3 minutes in the evening before sleeping.
When meditating allow your thoughts to flow and observe them.
Allow the unimportant thoughts to flow away and you will naturally focus on the important thoughts.
