“I’ve been suggested to do mediation so so many times but I keep having this mental block keeping me from actually meditating.
I don’t know why…
I’m lacking a sincere motivation to help myself get better and be happier.
I’ve tried meditation before but I never stuck with it for long, it was just on very rare occasions.
I want to finally be at ease with myself and live my day to day feeling free, instead of being in a constant state of anger, irritation and discomfort.
If I could get suggestions on your meditation tactics/habits, things I should buy to motivate myself, where I should do it, literally ANYTHING — please let me know 🙂 you’re appreciated!”
Meditation is easy.
Meditate lying down on your bed.
Fully relax your whole body and close your eyes.
Try meditating daily for 3 minutes in the morning after waking up and 3 minutes in the evening before going to sleep.
It’s normal to have loads of thoughts when meditating.
Observe your thoughts neutrally, allow the unimportant thoughts to flow away and focus on the important thoughts.
Address these important thoughts and resolve them.
Do this daily and meditation will become a normal part of your day.
