Meditate daily.
Try meditating 3 minutes in a morning after waking up and 3 minutes in an evening before going to sleep.
This sets you up for a calm day and helps you get a good night’s sleep.
After a few weeks of doing this you can adjust the length of time that you meditate to suit you and your schedule.
