If I get chance to meditate it’s great but I’m struggling with when to meditate because of my work.

Regularly meditating is more important than meditating for a long time in a single meditation session.
Build a daily habit of meditating so that meditation becomes a normal part of your day.
Try meditating for 3 minutes on a morning when you wake up and for 3 minutes in an evening before going to sleep.
Do this daily for a month.
A few minutes can easily fit in your schedule and once you have built a meditation habit you can increase your meditation time as your schedule allows.
