Build meditation into your normal day.
Try starting small to make it easy to stick to and gradually increase your time as your schedule allows and what you feel comfortable with.
Meditating on a morning after waking up and on an evening before sleeping are times that are easy to stick to every day.
Try meditating for 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes in the evening and progress from there.
