“Wondering if it matters where I meditate.
Very new to meditation, trying to set myself up so that keep going with it.
Do I need a set place to do my meditating in?
I see people set up their own place to meditate with meditation stuff but that’s just not me and I don’t know if that’s right or not.
Do I need to do that?”
You don’t need to set up a specific meditation space.
It is a good idea to have a meditation space.
When starting with meditation it helps to have a calm, quiet and comfortable space to meditate in.
A regular meditation space that is free from distractions helps you learn meditation and to get the most from your meditation.
The “meditation stuff” isn’t necessary, simply a tidy and organized space that is quiet works well.
Meditation happens within.
As your meditation progresses and you know how to meditate you will find that you can meditate anywhere.
