I want to keep this relatively short.
I have had a rough past year so far after having a big move and starting a new job, I have been pretty stressed and anxious.
My question is, how do I start meditating?
I have done guided mediations.
It does make me relaxed, but I feel like I’m not experiencing full potential.
I’d like to be at peace with myself and my surroundings and I would love to be more social and outgoing.
I’d appreciate any tips or what you do for meditation, how long your sessions are, and what you should feel like after the session.

Meditate daily.
3 minutes, 2 times a day for 1 month.
Meditate on a morning after you wake up and on an evening before you sleep.
When meditating allow your thoughts and emotions to flow.
See how you feel after this and progress from there.
