Why do I always stop meditating after a couple of days?

“I have tried to get into daily meditation a couple of times through the years, but i’ve always just kinda stopped after a few days.

The weird thing is that when I do meditate it is very enjoyable, but still my brain views meditating as boring.

If you have any tips on how do I actually stick with meditating this time I would be very thankful.”

Build a habit of meditating so that it becomes a normal part of your day.

You can do this by meditating for a short time twice a day.

This short time of meditation isn’t long enough for your brain to get bored.

When daily meditation becomes normal you can gradually increase the time that you meditate for.

Start out with 3 minutes, 2 times a day for 1 month.

Meditate for 3 minutes on a morning after waking up and for 3 minutes on an evening before sleeping.

This way your brain will enjoy meditating and you will be able to stick with meditating.
