How do you clear your mind?

“I’ve been trying to do this when I meditate and I find it really difficult.

Granted, I just got started.

I’d like to know how to clear my mind of all thoughts during meditation.

It is really hard!

Maybe I’m just trying too hard?”

Do not try to clear your mind.

Allow your thoughts to flow.

Your mind will automatically bring your urgent and important thoughts to the front.

Address these thoughts and resolve them.

As you work through your thoughts your mind will be clearer and clearer.

If you have just started meditating this may take some time to work through your thoughts.

To achieve a clearer mind, meditate daily and simplify your life so that your brain has less to think about.
