Will meditation make me a calm and gentle person?

“I have been losing my temper and generally been more tense and with a more aggressive attitude for the last couple of years.

Probably a mix of trauma, dissatisfaction of my own achievements, and growing up in the UK where people are generally quite cold.

I didn’t realise how I became until meeting a guy from my home country. In him, frankly I saw the guy I used to be.

Yes, meditation will help you be a calmer person.

In your home country your lifestyle was probably different due to multiple reasons.

Maybe you were younger with more time and less responsibilities.

Maybe you had more time to think about things and more time to do things that you enjoy.

Maybe you spent more time with your family and friends.

There can be many reasons at the root of why our temper, attitude and outlook change.

Meditating daily helps discover yourself again and find the path back to where you want to be and where you want to go.

Whilst meditating you will have thoughts and ideas about who you were, who you are now and who you want to be.

To create change you need to implement these thoughts and ideas in real life to go from where you are now to where you want to be.
