I like my meditation bench but after meditating for a month it’s now slightly painful to sit in that position

“Is it possible that whatever comfortable meditation position you start off with, you always need to go through a hump of pain to then gain the right flexibility and strength needed to be at peace with that meditation posture?

Should I keep using my meditation bench?”

Meditation is calming, relaxing and comfortable.

Meditation should not be painful.

Meditate without a meditation bench if it isn’t right for you.

Try meditating lying down if you want to meditate comfortably in a peaceful meditation posture.

Your body will be fully relaxed and your meditation will be deeper.
