Address those thoughts and resolve them one at a time.
Some thoughts can be resolved quickly others may take much longer.
There are likely many unresolved thoughts that require your attention.
Our lives are busy and we may rarely get the time to address our thoughts.
It may take days, weeks or months of meditating to clear your backlog of thoughts.
