You need more sleep.
When you meditate your body is taking the opportunity to sleep.
A good indicator of if you are getting enough sleep is how you wake up.
If you need an alarm to wake up you aren’t getting enough sleep.
If you wake naturally you are getting enough sleep.
Work on your sleep and you will find that once your body is getting enough sleep that you will be present when meditating.
